Sponsorship packages

The BioMedEng20 local organising committee invites you to consider our sponsorship opportunities. These are tailored to offer different levels of engagement with delegates and opportunities for branding and raising awareness of your organisation. We would also be keen to discuss any specific proposals or requests you may have and would welcome your ideas and suggestions. BioMedEng20 will really build upon the successes of previous conferences and offers a strong platform to reach Biomedical Engineers, Medical Engineers and Bioengineers along with industry and clinical representatives.

Branding

BioMedEng20 is the largest gathering of UK’s largest gathering of Biomedical Engineers, Medical Engineers and Bioengineers and will provide unique opportunities for your organisation to promote its brand and services and engage with delegates. Organisations will have the opportunity to showcase their literature pre-conference via our bespoke website and communications. As well as advertising in the conference literature and distributing brochures and merchandise to delegates.

Networking

BioMedEng20 will provide your organisation with plenty of opportunities to meet with delegates, industry and clinicians throughout the conference.  There will be time for informal discussions during the spaces in the programme at refreshment breaks and lunch, In addition at the pre-dinner drinks reception and the formal evening Gala Dinner at Cutlers Hall.

Workshops

At BioMedEng20 we are offering a new opportunity for Gold and Silver sponsor organisations to engage with delegates by hosting a workshop. This can be centred on a particular theme or system of interest or to showcase a particular application. This provides a great opportunity to reach a bespoke audience.

Exhibition Stand

We will be pleased to showcase your latest innovations and developments at BioMedEng20 and invite you to present these in our Exhibition space. This is conveniently located next to the main lecture theatres and breakout areas for refreshment breaks and lunch. There will also be available a quiet space for individual meetings and discussions if required.
